Heavy Duty Descaler
Removes heavy limescale build-up.
An economy liquid descaler that removes limescale in commercial dish machines, but safe enough for use on all metal surfaces where limescale removal is a problem.

DANGER! CORROSIVE!
May cause burns. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not ingest liquid or inhale vapors. Wear safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing when using this product.
CAUTION: Do not mix with bleach!
DILUTIONS:
- 1/2 oz. per gallon of water for light descaling.
- 3 to 6 oz. per gallon of water for general
cleaning. - Dilution may vary depending on conditions.
Directions: Use 0.5-1.0 ozs. per gallon water, for normal usage. If heavier deliming is needed, use more product per gallon.
Delime Procedure for Dishmachine:
- Drain the dish machine.
- Remove curtains & rinse away any loose soil.
- Remove scrap trays & rinse away any loose soil.
- Remove upper & lower wash arms & rinse away any loose soil.
- Thoroughly rinse the interior of the dish machine.
- Check pump intake screen and clean if needed.
- Reinstall the scrap trays and wash them.
- Close the drain.
- Using a spray bottle filled with Delimer, spray the final rinse section and other areas not normally affected by the wash action.
- Pour a dilution ratio of 4 oz. of Delimer to 1 gallon of water into the dish machine.
- Fill the dish machine with water.
Install the two end curtains. - Start the dish machine and let it run in the manual position for a minimum of 15 minutes or a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Turn off dish machine and open the drain.
- Thoroughly rinse the inside of the dish machine.
- Refill the dish machine and let it run for 5 minutes.
- Drain the dish machine.
- Dishmachine is now ready for use.
