Installation:
JEM MFG has been in the commercial laundry business for over 30 years. We will have experienced sales and service representatives evaluate your facility and implement the best system to save money on water, labor and linens. We will install and calibrate dispensers for each washing machine based on your needs.

Service & Inspection:
JEM Service Technicians will inspect your equipment every 6-8 weeks and reports will be provided to you, the distributor, and JEM. The Service Report will show any adjustments made, problems found, corrective actions taken, and evaluate the quality of cleaning.

All Dispensing Equipment and Service Work related to dispensers are provided free of charge while the customer is purchasing JEM MFG product. There will be a charge for visits dealing with any mechanical problems with customer’s machinery not related to dispensers.

Emergency Service will be provided within a 24-hour window.
