A customized blend of biodegradable surfactants and detergents allows this product to work amazingly fast and effective on the worst spills and buildups.This powerful foodservice degreaser excels where other products fail. This formula does not rely on heavy alkaline components and is therefore more suitable for many applications, and much safer to use. Also good for automatic hood cleaning systems.
